Anderson-Negele TSBF | Temperature Sensor

TSBF is the full-size version of Anderson-Negele’s TS hygienic temperature sensor range, with a 55 mm head, a modular transmitter and optional local display and controls. It is built for food, beverage and dairy processing, and suits any plant that needs hygienic temperature measurement.

You choose the options at five levels: sensor tip, process connection, spacer, head or transmitter, and electrical connection. That covers everything from a basic sensor to a high-end transmitter. Flex-Hybrid technology gives IO-Link and 4–20 mA output at the same time. It is a direct replacement for TFP sensors and many third-party sensors.

· Measuring range: -200 to +400 °C
· Single or dual Pt100 (Pt1000 options available) for redundant monitoring
· Optional local display and controls
· Customer offset and slope adjustment
· Process connections: Tri-Clamp, Varivent, hygienic thread, thermowell
· Electrical connection: M12 (IP69K) or M16x1.5 cable gland (IP67)
· Set up and commission it from a computer via IO-Link
