Anderson-Negele TSMF | Mini Temperature Sensor

TSMF is the compact version of Anderson-Negele’s TS hygienic temperature sensor range, with an 18 mm head. It is built for food, beverage and dairy processing, and suits any plant that needs hygienic temperature measurement.

You choose the options at five levels: sensor tip, process connection, spacer, head or transmitter, and electrical connection. That covers everything from a basic sensor to a high-end transmitter. Flex-Hybrid technology gives IO-Link and 4–20 mA output at the same time. It is a direct replacement for TFP mini sensors and many third-party sensors.

· Accuracy: better than ±0.1 °C
· Single or dual Pt100 for redundant monitoring
· Process connections: CLEANadapt, Tri-Clamp, Varivent, FLEXadapt ESF, threaded
· Insertion length: 0–2000 mm, flush version available
· Wetted parts: 316L stainless steel or PEEK, depending on type
· Operating pressure: up to 50 bar, depending on type
· Electrical connection: M12 (IP69K)
· Set up and commission it from a computer via IO-Link
