The ITM-51 is a hygienic, front-flush turbidity sensor for mid to high turbidities, about 200 to 300,000 NTU equivalent. It tells product, mixed phase and water apart in real time. That lets you switch on actual turbidity rather than timers, so you lose less product and use less water and chemical in CIP.
