MATCON | IBC Formulate (Single Filling Module)

The Matcon IBC Filling Module is a dust-tight way to fill IBCs quickly and efficiently from sacks. Recipes are formulated off-line, away from the blending operation, and ingredients are tipped directly into the IBC in a fully contained transfer. That means less dust on the factory floor and less spilt or wasted material than filling a traditional fixed mixer. The filled IBC then joins the batch processing flow when it’s ready.
