EGLI | Butter Reworking Line

The Egli butter reworking line is capable of handling butter reworks of both frozen and tempered blocks with temperature ranging between -20 C to + 10 C.

The reworking line has a capacity of up to 10 tons per hour and is also equipped with a salt (fluid or dry), culture and moisture dosing system. Moisture control accuracy <0.1%

MAIN FEATURES

> Homogeneous moisture distribution, with droplet size 4µm;

> Optimal heat transfer and gentle kneading prevents from loss of moisture (no shearing forces);

> The butter texturizer improves spreadability of the final product, and also moisture distribution;

> Automatic depalletizing, deboxing, unwrapping and feeding equipment.
