MATCON | IBC Air Wash Clean

The Matcon Air Wash Module cleans IBCs using pressurised air instead of water. Air is directed over the internal surfaces of the IBC to expel powder dust and residue, which a dust extraction unit then collects. Because no water is used, there is no risk of waterborne bacterial growth. This makes it particularly valuable for sites handling dairy powders and infant nutrition.

Cleaning happens off-line, so mixers and production lines keep running while IBCs are cleaned. The wash is done without removing the Cone Valve.
