sera has developed sodium hydroxide preparation system, a cost-efficient system solution specifically aimed at industries with fluctuating, but large requirements of alkaline detergents or for countries where a continuous delivery is not secured.

The system ensures safe and efficient preparation of harmful solutions when mixing from solid form (pallets, flakes, beads or powder) and can be integrated with a dust collection unit.

The basic system consists of:
• Mixing tank made of stainless steel (Capacity 1,000 / 2,000 / 5,000 liters)
• Agitator
• Special conveyor separated from the mixing tank consists of hopper
• Stainless steel screw conveyor, which promotes the solids in the mixing tank
• The operator is not in the in immediate danger zone of the preparation system , in which the solids react exothermically with water
• Level indicator with shut-off valve, temperature control and safety line cage to prevent accidental physical contact
